The following terms and conditions of sale are to be applied to any transaction carried out on the website. Performing a transaction through the company’s website implies an acceptation without any reservation of the terms and conditions of sale on behalf of the user. The Microbrasserie du Lac St-Jean reserves its right to modify its terms and conditions of sale and fees at any moment and without notice. However, the applicable conditions will be the ones in effect on the date of the customer’s purchase.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. All applicable taxes and shipping costs are extra. For the orders shipped in Quebec, the applicable taxes are: GST (5 %) and QST (9.5 %). For the orders shipped in New Brunswick, in Nova Scotia and in Newfoundland and Labrador, the HST (13 %) is applicable. For the orders shipped elsewhere in Canada , the GST (5%) is applicable.
At this time payments are accepted via Paypal only.
All packages will be handled by Canada Post and delivered to the address given on the order form.
Following the payment, the order will be shipped on Wednesday at the latest. The customer will be informed by email of the order’s shipment.
The shipping speed changes according to the destination, but is generally within 1 to 7 supplementary business days.
The shipping charges within Canada change according to the order. The order will be delivered to a single address. To ship to multiple addresses, the customer has to fill multiple orders.
Please note that for the moment, We ship to Canada, the United States and France only.
If you need a faster shipping service, communicate with us before ordering since the service and the shipping charges will have to be adjusted to fit your needs.
In the event of either a refusal, the impossibly of shipping the package to the address given on the order form or an error on the customer’s behalf at the time of the order, there will be no reimbursements.
We are located in St-Gédéon, Lac St-Jean, Québec, Canada. If you want to save on shipping charges, it is possible to communicate with us to pick up your order in person at our store at 120 rue de la Plage, St-Gédéon.
Our inventory is updated regularly and as accurately as possible, but a mistake could happen.
If an item you want is not available, contact us for future availability.
If an item you ordered is not available, you will be notified. Your order will then be shipped upon receiving new stock, or you may choose to cancel your order without charge nor penalty and you will be fully reimbursed
All pictures shown on the site are as close to reality as possible. Please note however that certain computer screens may distort colours or proportions.
If you cancel your order before its shipment, you will be fully reimbursed. You have to communicate with us to cancel or modify your order. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. If your order has already been handed to the transporter, even if you have not received confirmation on our behalf, we will not be able to cancel or modify your order.
The Microbrasserie du Lac St-Jean values the satisfaction of its customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products, within 15 days within the date of purchase. You must communicate with us before proceeding to a return of the merchandise to obtain our authorization; we will refuse any package for which we have not authorized the return.
In the event of a return, the buyer will have the choice between swapping the product or a credit note. No refunds. However, the shipping fees charged at the moment of the order cannot be credited, nor reimbursed.
The original invoice is required; no return will be processed without the original invoice included in the shipment. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unused and in perfect resale condition.
Shipping for return is the customer’s responsibility; we will refuse any package whose shipping fees were not paid. The Microbrasserie du Lac St-Jean is not responsible for any package lost or damaged in shipping when an item is returned.
Products guaranteed against manufacturing defects may be returned under the same conditions.
As we enforce the policy of keeping the website as up to date as possible, in the event of an error in price or billing, the Microbrasserie du Lac St-Jean reserves the right to reimburse any shipping errors or cancel transactions with a full refund after having informed the customer by email.
